FOLEY CENTER The former headquarters of the San Diego Daily Transcript Newspaper, the Foley Corporate Center is located in the heart of Bankers Hill in San Diego, CA. This property was part of a multi-asset portfolio purchased in 2017. The Foley Development team then applied its characteristic reposition skills that included a complete rehab down to the studs on this 22,000 sq.ft. four-story office building. This mixed-use urban infill redevelopment will include a new 26,000 sq.ft. four-story office building and 56 new luxury apartments with views of both Balboa Park and the San Diego Bay. The office renovation is complete, and the apartment and office buildings will start construction in 2020.

BAY VIEW APARTMENTS Located directly across the street from the Foley Corporate Center in the heart of Bankers Hill, this 43-unit new construction will include live-work units, new luxury apartments, and larger penthouse suites with sweeping views of San Diego bay. Ground-breaking will be in 2021, upon completion of the Foley Center Apartments.

OCEAN BEACH PIER PORTFOLIO Nearly a complete city block of commercial space and parking, this project is just a stone’s throw away from one of San Diego’s most visited landmarks and one of the longest piers on the West Coast, the infamous Ocean Beach Pier. Project to include the new best restaurant in Ocean Beach, La Donã to replace the former “Natis” restaurant.

FOLEY PLAZA at BANKERS HILL Foley Plaza is a mixed-use development located on the ever bustling 5th Ave in downtown San Diego. The project will consist of 6,000 sq.ft. of commercial space, two restaurants, 28 full amenity live-work apartments, and a parking garage. Construction is set to commence in 2020 upon completion of Asano North Park.

COLORADO SPRINGS LAND AND CATTLE DEVELOPMENT A complete master planned community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The project includes a water company, treatment plant, over 2,500 single-family detached homes, and more than 600,000 sq.ft. of industrial and commercial space. This is a joint-venture with Corman Leigh Communities.

HAWTHORN APARTMENTS Fourty-three brand new apartments on Hawthorn street in the heart of Bankers Hill. This property will eventually be attached to the two new office buildings on third avenue currently under construction. Property to include mechanical parking for all units and incredible bay views from 3rd floor and up.
